At ONE Cycle, yoga provides the perfect balance to our cycling and strength & conditioning program. Our yoga classes focus on movement sequences and breath work that utilize specific muscles and the parasympathetic system to aid in rest, digestion, and recovery. Whether you are looking to improve athletic performance, maintain a balanced metabolism, improve cardio and circulatory health, increase flexibility, improve mindfulness, or protect from injury, yoga is for everyone.
We currently offer two styles of yoga at ONE Cycle.
Our Hatha yoga class includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation. Our Hatha yoga class provides a slow to moderate flow style that is perfect for all levels.
Our Power Vinyasa yoga class is focused on movement synchronized with breath and offers a moderate to vigorous style based on continuous flow through sun salutations. Enjoy a powerful, energetic, and revitalizing experience with this class. All levels welcome and modifications will be incorporated.
