ONE HIIT

Keep your heart rate elevated and burn more fat in less time. ONE’s HIIT class delivers high-intensity interval training in which you will give 100% effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods. ONE HIIT incorporates cycling AND functional training equipment all in one hour! Be prepared to be cycling during this class as well as performing a variety of functional moves, such as squats, lunges, pushups, and CORE work.

**Sneakers recommended in place of cycling shoes for any exercises performed off the bike.

 

 

ONE TRX STRONG 
In our TRX Strong class, participants will improve mobility, flexibility, strength, endurance, power, core strength, and core stability. The TRX Strong class is heavily focused on the TRX Suspension Training System, with smaller increments of muscle conditioning incorporated using dumbbells, kettle bells, jump ropes, and medicine balls. Lean out, strengthen, and gain muscle all in 30-45 minutes! Class size is limited to 9 participants.

 

 

 

**This class does not incorporate cycling.

ONE Strong

Lean out, strengthen, and gain muscle in this 45 and 60 minute strength and conditioning class. Using a variety of functional and strength training equipment, you will move through periods of functional movement patterns in order to strengthen, tone, and build muscle.  And don’t forget about your core. TRX Suspension Training is incoporated in our STRONG class to build core strength and stability, and allows you to progress or scale any movement. This class delivers it all!

**This class does not incorporate cycling for long periods of time, however, the indoor cycling bike may be utilized for brief segments.
